A modular recording space
Canopy is a self-contained studio space featuring two production rooms. The rooms can operate entirely separately but are also interlinked to allow for a variety of different recording set-ups.
Studio A
Our main room is designed to function as both a precise mixing environment and a comfortable and creative band tracking space. It's also ideal as a large writing and programming room. With high ceilings and an entirely flexible acoustic treatment design, panels can be moved to create different acoustic spaces and sculpt the room acoustic for different sessions.
Studio A features a Midas H1000 console, ATC SCM20A's and Dynaudio BM15A's for monitoring and an extensive selection of outboard, synths and effects. Guitars can be tracked using our custom built isolation cabinet increasing flexibility of set-up and studio B can be used as an overdubbing booth for multiple sources. For band tracking sessions, studio B can also function as the control room allowing for an isolated monitoring environment during recording.
Studio B
Our smaller room is ideal for editing, mixing and vocal tracking. It features Neumann KH-80 DSPs and Yamaha NS10s for monitoring plus access to the studio synth collection for programming. Patch into studio A to record sources in the larger space.
